Polluxstart Taq QS Ⅱ double antibody modified highly active mutant enzyme

Polluxstart Taq QS Ⅱ is a hot-start rapid amplification Taq enzyme product modified by double antibodies developed by our company. This product not only blocks the 5'→3' polymerase activity of Taq DNA polymerase, but also blocks the 5'→3' exonuclease activity. Not only can it better suppress the non-specific reactions caused by the non-specific annealing of primers or primer polymers during the preparation and amplification of PCR systems, but this product also has excellent specificity, making the amplification of low-concentration templates more effective and suitable for multiplex PCR amplification reactions; Moreover, this product has excellent system applicability and can achieve stable amplification effects in various types of PCR reactions.

The 10×HS Buffer (Mg²+ free) does not contain dNTPs and Mg²+. Please add DNTPS and MgCl₂ when preparing the reaction system.
