Thermostable T7 RNA polymerase

This product is a modified T7 RNA polymerase with heat-resistant properties. By precisely identifying the T7 promoter region (5 '-TAATACGACT CACTATAG-3') and using NTP as the substrate, it synthesizes RNA complementary to the reverse single-stranded DNA downstream of the promoter at 50-52℃. At the same time, it can reduce the generation of dSRNA by-products. In addition, this product can also be transcribed at 37°C.
