mRNA capping kit

The mRNA Capping kit independently developed by Baorui Biotechnology contains the Vaccinia Capping Enzyme(VCE) and the 2'-O-Methyltransferase(2OM) for the varnpox virus inside. Vaccinia Capping Enzyme can efficiently add m7G caps to the 5' end of mRNA, that is, produce RNA with Cap0 cap structure. 2' -O-methyltransferase adds a methyl group at the 2'-O position of the first nucleotide after the Cap0 cap structure to RNA, forming Cap1 cap structure RNA. This kit can simultaneously perform VCE and 2OM capping in a single tube reaction, directly obtaining Cap1 cap structure RNA, which can greatly enhance the stability of mRNA within cells and promote translation efficiency.
