Hemorrhagic Fever Virus (EHFV) Nucleic Acid Detection Kit (PCR-Fluorescence Probe Method)

This kit employs the PCR fluorescence probe method. Primer probes are designed respectively for the conserved regions of the Hantaan virus (HTNV) and Seoul virus (SEOV) sequences of hemorrhagic fever virus (EHFV) to specifically amplify EHFV RNA. It is used for qualitative detection of whether raw materials, intermediates, semi-finished products and finished products in the production process of biopharmaceuticals contain EHFV virus.

This kit, when used in conjunction with the nucleic acid extraction or purification kit from Zhuhai Baorui, can complete the test in about 1.5 hours.

The EHFV nucleic acid (1copy/μL) was detected 24 times, with a detection rate of no less than 95%.
