Mouse Adenovirus (MAV) Nucleic Acid Detection Kit (PCR-Fluorescence Probe Method)

This kit utilizes the PCR-fluorescence probe method to design specific primer probes for the conserved regions of the DNA sequences of mouse adenovirus type 1 (MAV-1), type 2 (MAV-2), and type 3 (MAV-3), respectively, to specifically amplify MAV DNA. It features simple operation, rapid detection, strong specificity and high sensitivity. It can simultaneously detect and distinguish three types of mouse adenovirus in one experiment. This kit, when used in conjunction with Zhuhai Baorui Nucleic Acid Extraction or Purification Kit I, can complete the test in as fast as 1.5 hours.

1. Detection limit

The nucleic acid samples of mouse adenovirus (1copy/μL) were tested, with 24 replicates for each sample, and the detection rate was no less than 95%.
