2× qRT-PCR Premix

This kit is a premixed reagent for qRT-PCR amplification of RNA using Eva Green chimeric fluorescence method, including 2×qRT-PCR Premix Buffer contains components such as dNTPs, reaction buffer and stabilizer, qRT-PCREnzyme solution contains components such as DNA polymerase, reverse transcriptase, and temperature-sensitive UDG enzyme. It is a kitROX reference fluorescent dyes are provided separately and can be added as needed for the experiment.
