Porcine Parvovirus (PPV) Nucleic Acid Detection Kit (PCR-Fluorescence Probe Method)

This kit employs the PCR fluorescence probe method, with primer probes designed based on PPV DNA sequences, for qualitative detection of whether raw materials, intermediates, semi-finished products and finished products in the biopharmaceutical production process contain PPV.

This kit, when used in conjunction with the nucleic acid extraction or purification kit from Zhuhai Baorui, can complete the test in as fast as 1.5 hours.

1. Detection limit

PPV DNA (0.5copy/μL) was detected 24 times, with a detection rate of no less than 95%.
