3×SensiMelt Multiplex Premix-UNG (Probe qPCR) 

SensiMelt Multiplex Premix-UNG (Probe qPCR) is a dedicated reagent for the probe method melting curve specifically developed based on asymmetric PCR amplification technology. The product contains a direction-optimized hot-start enzyme with DNA polymerase activity blocked at room temperature and no 5'-3' exonucase activity. Through the in-depth optimization of the Buffer, the peak value of the melt curve after ultra-multiple amplification, the uniformity and specificity of amplification, as well as the wide compatibility with GC content have been significantly improved. Meanwhile, the reagent has introduced the dUTP/UNG anti-contamination system, which can effectively prevent false positive reactions caused by residual PCR products and aerosol contamination, ensuring the accuracy of the results. It is a qPCR reagent suitable for the melting curve platform of the ultra-multiplex probe method.
