BioScriptⅠ miRNA 1st Strand cDNA Synthesis Kit (by tailing A) (001902)

This reagent is A one-chain synthesis reagent for miRNA with Poly A tail added and reverse transcription reaction occurring simultaneously. When in use, a reaction system needs to be prepared and a miRNA template added before the reaction can proceed.

1. Neoscript RTase Ⅱ,200U/μL。

2. 8×Neoseript Fast RT Buffer(dNTP free)（001901）。

3. ATP 10mM。

4. 25× EPA酶。

5. dNTP Mix，10mM。

The reaction is initiated at 42℃ and inactivated and terminated at 85℃.

3. It has better stability. The performance is not affected after the system is mixed and left for 30 minutes.
