Mouse Parvovirus (MMV) Detection Kit (PCR-Fluorescence Probe Method)

This kit utilizes the PCR-fluorescence probe method to design specific primer probes for the conserved regions of the mouse parvovirus genome, specifically amplifying mouse parvovirus DNA. It features simple operation, rapid detection, strong specificity and high sensitivity.

This kit is used in conjunction with the nucleic acid Extraction or purification Kit I (magnetic bead method) of Baorui Biotechnology to efficiently extract MMV DNA from samples, with a detection limit of up to 1copy/μL.

1. Detection limit (refer to the content of the performance verification report)

A total of 24 detection data were obtained by extracting and detecting the reference substance 1copy/μL for the detection limit of mouse parvovirus 24 times respectively. NCS and NTC samples are tested simultaneously in each experiment.

The results show that the NCS and NTC results are qualified. The test results of all 24 1copy/μL samples are positive, meeting the requirement that at least 23 out of 24 tests have positive results.
