Five bovine virus nucleic acid samples (1copy/μL) were respectively tested, with 24 replicates for each sample, and the detection rate was no less than 95%.

2. Specificity
The DNA of 27 other species selected (LC-MK-2, CHO, HEK293, BHK21, SP2/0, Escherichia coli, PK-15, NS0, Vero, Sf9, MDCK, MDBK, C6, hybridoma cells, CRFK, Pichia pastoris, Mycobacterium smegma, LC-MK-3, intermediate grapevine There is no cross-reaction between the nucleic acid detection reagents for bovine viruses such as bacteria, Staphylococcus aureus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Harziwood, Propionibacterium, Streptococcus acidophilus, Aspergillus erysipelas, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, etc.
