NiuYuan virus (BVDV REO3 / BPIV3 / BPV3 / BAV3) nucleic acid detection kit (PCR - fluorescent probe method)

This kit is based on the fluorescence quantitative PCR method. It uses the PCR fluorescence probe method and designs primer probes for the conserved sequences of five bovine virus genomes, which can qualitatively detect bovine virus nucleic acids in samples. This kit, when used in conjunction with the Baorui Biological Nucleic Acid Extraction or Purification Kit I, can complete the test in as fast as 2 hours.

This kit has undergone comprehensive methodological validation in accordance with relevant regulations, guidelines and other document requirements, and can provide performance validation reports.
