EndoFree Plasmid Maxi Kit

The Endofree Plasmid Maxi Kit employs a unique silica gel membrane adsorption technology to efficiently and specifically bind plasmid DNA. The extracted plasmids have high purity, low endotoxin content, and a recovery rate as high as 80%-90%. The operation is convenient and the experiment can be completed within 1 hour.
The plasmids extracted using this kit can be used for various routine operations, including enzyme digestion, PCR sequencing, ligation, transformation, gene therapy, cell microinjection, gene silencing and transfection of cells, and many other experiments.


1. Rapid and high-yield: 200μg-1.5mg of plasmid can be extracted in about 1 hour, with a relatively large number of super-helical structure plasmids.
