One step RT PCR Mix

One step RT PCR Mix is a one-step reverse transcription & multiplex PCR amplification reagent developed for RNA samples. Reverse transcription and PCR reactions are completed in a single tube, eliminating the need for additional tube opening and pipetting operations, which enhances experimental efficiency and reduces the risk of experimental contamination. One step RT PCR Mix uses RNA as the template and combines multiple highly efficient reverse transcriptases and amplifiers without nucleic acid residues. It can directly use multiplex PCR amplification-specific primer sets to reverse transcribe the RNA template and perform PCR amplification. PCR products can be directly analyzed by gel electrophoresis or qPCR. PCR products can also be purified with magnetic beads and then undergo library amplification and sequencing linter conversion.
