Sf9&AcNPV Residual DNA Detection Kit (PCR-Fluorescence Probe Method)

This kit employs the PPCR - fluorescence probe method to design primer probes targeting the conserved genes of Sf9 cells and AcNPV respectively, enabling quantitative detection of residual DNA in Sf9 cells and AcNPV in genetically engineered vaccines produced by the insect cell-baculovirus expression system. The kit contains internal standards.withTo monitor whether the extraction and amplification are abnormal and prevent the occurrence of false negativesraw. This kit contains UDG enzyme, which is used to prevent contamination of amplification products.

 

This kit, when used in conjunction with the Baorui Biological Nucleic Acid Extraction or Purification Kit II, can complete the test in as fast as 90 minutes.
