Porcine Cyclidine Virus (TTSuV) Nucleic Acid Detection Kit (PCR-Fluorescence Probe Method)

Primer probes were designed for the conserved regions of the TTSuV DNA sequence to qualitatively detect whether porcine cyrloop virus (TTSuV) is present in raw materials, intermediates, semi-finished products and finished products during the biopharmaceutical production process.

This kit, when used in conjunction with the nucleic acid extraction or purification kit from Baorui Biology, can complete the test in as fast as 1.5 hours.

1. Detection limit (refer to the content of the performance verification report)

The TTSuV detection limit sample (1copy/μL) contains 24 replicates, with a detection rate of no less than 95%.

2. Specificity

There was no cross-reaction with PRV, CHO, NS0, Mycoplasma pneumoniae, Escherichia coli, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Pichia, HEK 293, Vero, etc.
