Porcine Circovirus (PCV) Nucleic Acid Detection Kit (PCR-Fluorescence Probe Method)

This kit employs the PCR fluorescence probe method to design specific primer probes for the conserved regions of the DNA sequences of porcine circovirus type 1 (PCV-1), type 2 (PCV-2), and type 3 (PCV-3), specifically amplifying PCV DNA. It is used for qualitative detection of whether raw materials, intermediates, semi-finished products and finished products in the production process of biopharmaceuticals contain PCV virus.

This kit, when used in conjunction with the nucleic acid extraction or purification kit from Zhuhai Baorui, can complete the test in as fast as 1.5 hours.

Detection limit: PCV DNA (1copy/μL) can be detected 24 times, with a detection rate of no less than 95%.
