Cell Species Identification Detection Kit (PCR-Fluorescence Probe Method)

This kit is based on the fluorescence quantitative PCR method. It designs primer probes for the conserved sequences of commonly used cell lines in biological product production, amplifies target genes, and conducts species identification and cross-contamination detection based on the fluorescence results.
This kit, when used in conjunction with the Baorui Biological nucleic Acid extraction or Purification Kit, can complete species identification and cross-contamination detection in as fast as 1.5 hours.

1. Detection limit

Ten types of cells (10 cells) were extracted and detected 24 times respectively, and a total of 24 detection data were obtained. NCS and NTC samples are tested simultaneously in each experiment.

The results show that the NCS and NTC results are qualified. The test results of all 24 samples are positive, meeting the requirement that at least 23 out of 24 tests have positive results.
