This kit is specially designed for the rapid extraction of high-quality total RNA. It can efficiently isolate RNA from a variety of plant tissues ranging from 50 to 150 mg, covering both conventional plant species and difficult-to-extract samples with high polyphenols and polysaccharides (such as roots, stems, leaves, flowers, fruits, seeds, etc.). It is widely applicable to research scenarios in plant molecular biology.

Optimized for stubborn plant tissues with high polyphenol and polysaccharide content, it addresses the pain points of RNA degradation, low yield and inhibitor residue after extraction by conventional kits.

After sample homogenization, the entire extraction process can be completed in just 11 minutes, which is more than three times more efficient than the traditional column/phenol extraction method, significantly shortening the experimental cycle.

The gDNA filter column can efficiently remove genomic DNA and cellular impurities. The Pure RNA column I achieves highly specific binding of RNA, ensuring stable yield.
5. High purity ensures integrity
The lysis system can rapidly break down tissues while inhibiting the nucleases released during the cell disruption process, effectively preserving the integrity of RNA. The extracted product contains no residual proteins, genomic DNA or other impurities, and there is no risk of downstream experimental inhibition.

In addition to plant tissues, it is also applicable to the high-quality RNA extraction of plant cell cultures, covering a wide range of experimental models.
7. Full downstream compatibility
