Bsa I

The Bsa I of this product belongs to the IIS class of restriction endonuclease and is derived from the Bsa I gene of recombinant Escherichia coli Bacillus stearothermophilusEncoding protein mutants.

Bsa I restriction endonucleases are often used to prepare linearized plasmid templates containing complete poly (A), and their recognition and cleavage sequences are shown in the following figure:
