2×SensiDirect® RT Premix-UNG IV(Probe qRT-PCR)

SensiDirect RT Premix-UNG (Probe qRT-PCR) (000820) is a dedicated reagent specifically designed to eliminate the nucleic acid extraction and purification steps of samples and directly conduct one-step RT-PCR fluorescence quantification (probe method) detection of target genes. This product has a strong tolerance to inhibitors and can be used for one-step RT-PCR direct amplification detection of anticoagulated whole blood, plasma, serum, throat swabs, saliva and other samples without nucleic acid extraction and purification. This reagent uses TS-UNG enzyme and an optimized Buffer system containing dUTP, which can effectively prevent false positive reactions caused by residual PCR products and aerosol contamination.

2. 2×SensiDirect RT Premix Buffer (dUTP) 

Reverse transcriptase: 42℃ to 55℃.

2. Antibody-modified Taq, 95℃, 1-5 minutes of hot start.

3. The amplification rate is no less than 1kb/10s, and RNA detection can be completed within 30 minutes at the fastest.

It is applicable to multiplex and multi-channel qPCR, such as the detection of four different targets in four channels.
