Neoscript RT PremixMulti-UNG(Probe qRT-PCR) 是One-step method applicable to multiple amplificationSpecial reagents for qualitative and quantitative reactions by RT-PCR fluorescence quantitative probe method; The reaction process takes place continuously within the same tube, avoiding tube opening, which can effectively prevent contamination. This product contains Neoscript RTase, a high-temperature reverse transcriptase that removes RNase H activity, and Taq enzyme, which has been genetically engineered to be hot-start. It features higher reverse transcription and PCR amplification efficiency and is suitable for high-sensitivity amplification with low-concentration RNA templates.

This reagent adopts an optimized formula of qPCR-specific Buffer and UNG/dUTP anti-contamination system, which can obtain a good standard curve within a wide quantitative range, accurately perform quantification, and effectively prevent false positive amplification caused by residual PCR products and aerosol contamination.

This reagent is compatible with fluorescence quantitative PCR instruments from most manufacturers, such as Applied Biosystems, Eppendorf, Bio-Rad and Roche, etc.
