rcAAV-5/N Detection Kit (PCR-Fluorescence Probe Method)

The RCAAV-5 /N detection kit (PCR-fluorescence probe method) can detect the contamination rate of rcAAV in RCAAV-5 /N (where N represents different capsid serotypes). This kit employs the PCR-fluorescence probe method. The kit contains two systems: the Target system for detecting rcAAV and the Reference system for detecting rAAV. The two system calibrators are included in the same quantitative reference material, which can simultaneously achieve rapid, sensitive and specific quantitative detection of rcAAV and rAAV.

This kit has undergone comprehensive methodological validation in accordance with relevant regulations, guidelines and other document requirements, and can provide performance validation reports.

Linear range: 2.0E+01copies/μL-2.0E+06copies/μL, Taqrget amplification efficiency: 98.215%, R2 > 0.99; Reference amplification efficiency: 101.308%, R2 > 0.99.
