CAR/TCR Gene Copy Number Detection Kit (PCR-Fluorescence Probe Method)

This kit employs the PCR fluorescence probe method. Primer probes are designed for DNA sequences related to integration or expression functions on transfer plasmids and Single Copy genes (SCG) in human cells, capable of detecting the average copy number of the target Gene per cell in the sample.

This kit, when used in conjunction with the Baorui Biological nucleic acid extraction or Purification Kit, can quickly complete the detection.

Calibrator: The amplification efficiency of the CAR gene is 97.301%. The amplification efficiency of the SCG gene is 99.529%. R²All > 0.99.
