RNA ladder 12000

RNA Ladder 12000 is composed of RNA molecules of different sizes that are mixed together after in vitro transcription of seven linear DNA templates.
It includes seven reference bands: 1000 bp, 2000bp, 4000 bp, 6000 bp, 8000 bp, 10000 bp and 12000bp. Based on the known size of RNA fragments, RNA Ladder can help estimate the size of other RNA fragments.
