RNA Ladder 1000

RNA Ladder 1000 is composed of RNA molecules of different sizes that are mixed together after in vitro transcription of six linear DNA templates.
It includes six reference bands of 50 bp, 80 bp, 150 bp, 300 bp, 500 bp and 1000 bp. Based on the known size of RNA fragments, RNA Ladder can help estimate the size of other RNA fragments.
