CircRNA Synthesis Kit (One-step Method)

The synthesis of circRNA in the PIE system requires a two-step reaction. First, the linear precursor is transcribed, followed by a cyclization reaction. In between, multiple purification and recovery processes are needed, making the process relatively complex.
The circRNA synthesis kit (one-step method) developed by Baorui Biotechnology utilizes various ions and GTP in the transcription system. It can cyclize most linear Rnas into circular Rnas during transcription. After digestion and recovery, circRNA with a purity greater than 95% can be obtained. Capillary electrophoresis detection revealed that the purity of circRNA synthesized by the one-step method was consistent with that of circRNA that was transcribed first and then cycled.
