BspQⅠ

This product is derived from the recombinant protein encoded by the BspQI gene of Bacillus sphaericus expressed by Escherichia coli. It is an IIS-type restriction endonuclease, mainly used for linearization of in vitro transcription templates and enzymatic cleavage of plasmids to prepare linearized DNA fragments containing poly(A/T/G/C) termini. Its recognition sequence and cutting sites are as follows:

5'···GCTCTTC(N)↓···3'

3'···CGAGAAG(NNNN)↑···5'
