RCR Gene Copy Number Detection Kit (PCR-Fluorescence Probe Method)

This kit is based on the fluorescence quantitative PCR method. Primer probes are designed specifically for the GALV gene and are paired with ready-to-use quantitative reference materials. It is used for the quantitative detection of replicable retrovirus RCR in cell therapy products and gene therapy products produced from retrovirus vectors.

This kit, when used in conjunction with the nucleic acid extraction or purification kit from Zhuhai Baorui, can complete the test in as fast as 2 hours.
