RIPA Lysis Buffer (Weak)

RIPA(Radio Immunoprecipitation Assay) Lysis Buffer is a traditional rapid lysis buffer for cells and tissues, mainly used for extracting soluble proteins from animal cells and tissues. The protein samples obtained from its lysis can be used in conventional experiments such as Western Blot, IP and Elisa. There are many formulations for RIPA lysis buffer, which can be roughly classified into strong, medium and weak categories based on their lysis strength. The protein samples obtained by lysis with RIPA lysis buffer can be used to determine the protein concentration using the BCA protein quantification kit (Biori#BR4C201) or the Bradford protein quantification Kit (Biori#BR4C202).

The lysis intensity is mild, making it suitable for the extraction of cytoplasmic proteins. It is convenient to use and can meet different experimental requirements.
