Universal Cell Total Protein Extraction Kit

The Cell Total Protein Extraction kit is suitable for extracting total protein from various animal cells, fungal or bacterial samples. The lysis buffer provided by this kit can efficiently extract total protein. It mainly includes proteins such as cytoplasm, cell membrane, nucleus, nuclear matrix, mitochondria, endoplasmic reticulum, and Golgi apparatus. The total protein samples obtained can be used for other applications such as Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, Co-IP, ELISA detection, protein analysis, and small-scale protein chromatography purification. The kit provides protein loading buffer and protease inhibitor mixture. If it is used for the preparation of phosphorylated samples, it is recommended to use a dedicated phosphorylase inhibitor (catalog number: BR4C122).
