This Phosphatase Inhibitor Cocktail (100×) phosphatase inhibitor mixture contains sodium fluoride, β -glycerophosphate and sodium n-vanadate phosphatase inhibitors. Among them, sodium fluoride is a reversible inhibitor of acid phosphatase; β-glycerophosphate is a reversible inhibitor of serine/threonine phosphatase. sodium orthovanadate is a reversible inhibitor of alkaline phosphatase and tyrosine phosphatase.
