PVDF Membrane, 0.45 μm

PVDF Membrane, 0.45 μm, or polyvinylidene fluoride membrane, is a widely used solid-phase support in Western blotting. This membrane is hydrophobic. The pore size of the PVDF membrane of this product is 0.45 µm, which is suitable for most Western blotting, especially for proteins with a molecular weight greater than 20 kDa.

1. High protein binding capacity: protein binding capacity >200㎍/cm²。
2. Relatively high fluorescence background: It has a relatively high fluorescence background signal.

It is applicable to the transfer and detection of proteins ≥20 kDa in Western Blot experiments.
