NC Membrane, 0.22 μm

NC Membrane, also known as nitrocellulose membrane, is the most commonly used blotting membrane for protein and nucleic acid hybridization. The NC membrane is hydrophilic and does not need to be activated in methanol or ethanol. It only requires simple wetting in water during transfer. Its uniform pore structure can bind biomolecules and is mainly used for Western blot, which can transfer proteins from various gel matrices to membranes. The 0.22 µm NC membrane of this product has a higher adsorption rate for proteins with a molecular weight less than 20 kDa.

1. No methanol activation required: No methanol activation treatment is needed before use.

2. High protein binding capacity: Protein binding capacity >115 μg/cm².

3. Low fluorescence background: It has a relatively low fluorescence background and is suitable for detection with high requirements for background signals.

It is suitable for the transfer and detection of low-molecular-weight proteins (<20 kDa) in Western Blot (WB) experiments.
