SensiDirect RT Premix-UNG (Probe qRT-PCR) (003001) is a dedicated reagent specifically designed to eliminate the nucleic acid extraction and purification steps of samples and directly conduct one-step RT-PCR fluorescence quantification (probe method) detection of target genes. This product has a strong tolerance to inhibitors and can be used for one-step RT-PCR direct amplification detection of anticoagulated whole blood, plasma, serum, throat swabs, saliva and other samples without nucleic acid extraction and purification. This reagent uses TS-UNG enzyme and an optimized Buffer system containing dUTP, which can effectively prevent false positive reactions caused by residual PCR products and aerosol contamination.
