Neoscript RT Premix OT-UNG (Probe qRT-PCR) is a dedicated reagent for qualitative and quantitative reactions in the One Step RT-PCR fluorescence quantitative probe method.
This product uses directionally modified high-affinity antibodies to modify DNA amplifiers and temperature-activated reverse transcriptases. After in-depth optimization of the buffer, it achieves full premixed enzymes, buffers, primers and probes, and stable long-term storage at low temperatures, enhancing the convenience of use of the terminal product. The dUTP/UNG anti-contamination system has been introduced into the reagent, which can effectively prevent false positive reactions caused by residual PCR products and aerosol contamination, ensuring the accuracy of the results.
