AmpHifi HS DNA PolymeraseⅠ

AmpHifi HS DNA PolymeraseⅠ is a recombinant high-fidelity thermally stable DNA polymerase directed and evolved by enzyme engineering, featuring extremely high amplification efficiency and wide template adaptability. By adding monoclonal antibodies, the 5 '-3' polymerase activity and 3 '-5' exonuctase activity at room temperature can be inhibited, enabling highly specific Hot Start PCR. The buffer solution contains extension cofactors, maintaining the stability and efficiency of the amplification process, and can easily achieve conventional gene cloning, long fragment amplification and other experiments.
