AmpHifi HS DNA Polymerase Ⅲ

AmpHifi HS DNA Polymerase Ⅲ is a new generation of thermally activated high-fidelity DNA polymerase. Through point mutation and domain recombination expression, it greatly enhances the affinity for DNA and continuous synthesis ability, and has good compatibility with both GC Rich templates and micro templates. The fidelity has also been enhanced on the original basis, approximately 35 times that of Taq enzyme. AmpHifi HS DNA Polymerase Ⅲ can be applied to conventional PCR amplification and sequencing library amplification。
