This product is a heat-resistant, high-fidelity DNA polymerase that has undergone directed evolution and protein engineering modification. It features excellent amplification specificity and an extremely low mismatch rate, making it an ideal choice for conducting high-sensitivity and low-bias molecular biology experiments.

1. High-fidelity proofreading activity
It carries a powerful 3 '→5' exonucidase proofreading activity, which can correct mismatched bases in real time. The mismatching rate of PCR amplification is extremely low, effectively ensuring the reliability of downstream experimental results.

2. Antibody-blocked hot start
After modification with thermally unstable monoclonal antibodies, the activity of 5 '→3' polymerase and 3 '→5' exonuctase is completely inhibited at room temperature, which can avoid non-specific amplification and primer dimer formation caused by primer mismatch before initial denaturation, and significantly improve the specificity of the experiment.

3. Special buffer liquid system:
The accompanying buffer solution contains dedicated extension cofactors, which can ensure the amplification stability and efficiency of different template types, eliminating the need for cumbersome optimization in routine experiments.
