Tn5 Transposase

This product is a mutant of wild-type Tn5 transposase and can efficiently randomly insert Tn5 transposons into the target sequence.
This product can specifically identify DNA fragments containing Mosaic End sequences (ME) at both ends (including primers containing ME sequences), and eventually assemble them into Tn5 transposition bodies. These transposition bodies can randomly bind to target DNA and cut it, while inserting the DNA fragments they carry. Tn5 transposase is widely used in fields such as in vitro transgenic (integration of exogenous genes into host cells) and library construction by Next Generation Sequencing (NGS).
