One-tube reverse transcription-multiplex PCR premix for simultaneous detection of DNA and RNA targets

This product is a high-performance ready-to-use multiplex PCR premix designed for simultaneous detection of multiple types of nucleic acid targets. It innovatively integrates reverse transcription (RT) and multiplex PCR into a single-tube reaction system, achieving efficient amplification through a proprietary buffer formula and high-performance engineered enzymes. All core reaction components - including chemically modified hot-start DNA polymerase, directed evolution heat-resistant reverse transcriptase, optimized concentration of Mg²⁺, dNTP and multiplex amplification enhancers - have been premixed and are ready to use upon opening the cap, without the need to add any core reagents.

Combining RNA reverse transcription and multiplex PCR into a closed tube reaction eliminates the need for step-by-step product transfer, significantly simplifying the experimental process while reducing pipetting errors and the risk of aerosol contamination caused by opening the cap.

2. DNA/RNA dual-template compatibility
Breaking through the limitation of traditional multiplex premixes that only support DNA amplification, it can simultaneously amplify DNA and RNA targets without adjusting the buffer system, meeting the detection requirements of mixed nucleic acid samples.
