One-tube closed reaction high-fidelity ultra-multiple RNA target amplification solution

This kit is a high-end one-tube closed reaction solution for broad-spectrum RNA template amplification. By integrating reverse transcription (RT) and high-fidelity PCR into a single tube reaction through a combination of co-engineered enzymes that have been directionally evolved and a pre-optimized multiplex PCR-compatible buffer system, it eliminates the need for intermediate purification or cap opening operations, significantly reducing the risk of aerosol contamination Adapt to the demands of high-throughput detection and clinical research scenarios.

1. Industry-leading performance indicators
After strict batch verification, the core performance has reached the top level in the industry: the target RNA detection limit (LoD) is as low as 10 copies, it can stably support amplification of over 400 multiple panels, with an extension rate of 10 seconds per thousand bases, and is compatible with wide GC content templates ranging from 25% to 85% without the need for additional optimization of the buffer system.

2. Synergistic enhancement of engineered enzymes
Heat-resistant reverse transcriptase has excellent continuous synthesis ability and RNA secondary structure unwinding efficiency, and can efficiently amplify high-GC, structurally complex and difficult-to-process RNA templates. Combined with antiantibody blocking hot-start high-fidelity DNA polymerase, it retains the 3 '→5' exonuctase proofreading activity, with a fidelity approximately 68 times that of wild-type Taq DNA polymerase, significantly reducing the amplification error rate.

3. Easy operation and low pollution risk
All components are premixed, eliminating the need for intermediate operation steps. This reduces pipetting errors and the risk of aerosol contamination caused by opening the cap, making it particularly suitable for clinical sample and highly pathogenic pathogen detection scenarios.

4. Excellent multiple amplification performance:
The pre-optimized buffer system integrates multiple amplification enhancers and background inhibitory components, which can effectively suppress primer dimers and non-specific amplification. It enables uniform amplification of multiple targets without the need for cumbersome primer titration, reducing the cost of methodological development.

5. Ultra-high purity guarantee
Each batch undergoes strict quality control, with no detectable RNase, DNase or exogenous nucleic acid contamination, and can stably support the detection of low-abundance targets.
