This product is a 2× ready-to-use NGS library amplification premix. All core reaction components - including AmpHifi HS high-fidelity hot-start DNA polymerase with directional evolution modification, dNTP with optimized concentration, proprietary reaction buffer and amplification enhancer - have been premixed and are ready to use upon opening the cap without the need for additional reagents. Significantly reduce pipetting errors and operational complexity.

1. Directed evolution enzymes have outstanding performance:
AmpHifi HS polymerase, through directed evolutionary engineering modification, has broader template compatibility, extremely low base mismatch rate and higher amplification sensitivity than wild-type enzymes. It can efficiently amplify difficult-to-amplify templates with high GC, rich secondary structures, FFPE sources, etc., and significantly reduce amplification bias of complex samples.
2. The proprietary buffer system is stable and uniform
The buffer solution integrates background inhibitory components and amplification stabilizers, which can effectively suppress non-specific amplification, ensure the stability of batch-based reactions, achieve excellent uniformity of amplion abundance, and guarantee the reproducibility of library amplification results.
